There are many AI-driven technologies which is helping people to improve their communication in both personal and professional contexts and in more effective way. AI is helping people to have better through chatbots and virtual assistants aiding to use of technology.
Virtual Assistants and Chatbots Driven by AIChatbots and virtual assistants are two of the most visible ways AI is enhancing communication. Our interactions with technology are growing increasingly reliant on tools like Google Assistant, Alexa, Siri, and even AI-powered customer support bots.
- Advantages: Virtual assistants can improve communication by offering prompt answers.
- Challenges: Chatbots and virtual assistants still have trouble responding to complex questions which frequently irritates consumers. AI is unable to replace the understanding and empathy that a human agent can provide.
